    Hhhe states right upfront on the first page this is a no-nonsense, no frills, ab-workout video-chapter-book, and he delivers! There isnโ€™t any newfangled fluff contained within these digital pages. Just professional videos showing you proper form and technique for little known, but deftly invaluable and beneficial ab-workouts, for those who learn by observing. The videos are accompanied by a short synopsis filled with pro-tips for those who learn by reading and for those who learn by doing...wellโ€”the floor is calling and a challenge is waiting. These workouts certainly are engaging and demanding, even for seasoned athletes, but are approachable for beginners as he points out ways to make the exercises easier and scalable as you learn, grow and gain core strength. This book is excellent for getting to the point. Unlike this review which has meandered for far too long now. Tl;dr: Excellent exercise video-book that is concise and gets to the point with engaging ab-workouts and pro-tip descriptions to help both beginners and expert athletes alike achieve their core fitness goals. 5 Stars out of 5, would recommend to all.

    I thought the exercises were challenging and really worked the core abdominal(which is excellent for people with acute back issues) however I was not happy with the link to the other metabolic increasing tips. Sad face.

    This book is ok, the exercise are right on, but the author needs to re edit his links, they dont go anyplace but to a sales pitch for something called biotrustโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆhe or someone is misleading us

    I really love these workouts! They are though, but I can see the difference. I've been doing these workouts for 3 week and can already feel much stronger in my core!

    You need to cover areas like breathing, posture and form. Those are essentials. Good list building technique. I'm sure you'll get more subscribers if you spent extra 2-3 hours for detailing your "freebie". Cheers!
