Description

New York Times Bestseller!

What happens when we give away love like we're made of it?

In his entertaining and inspiring follow-up to the New York Times bestselling phenomenon Love Does, Bob Goff takes readers on a journey into the secret of living without fear, constraint, or worry. The path toward the liberated existence we all long for is found in a truth as simple to say as it is hard to do: love people, even the difficult ones, without distinction and without limits.

Driven by Bob’s trademark storytelling, Everybody, Always reveals the lessons Bob learned--often the hard way--about what it means to love without inhibition, insecurity, or restriction. From finding the right friends to discovering the upside of failure, Everybody, Always points the way to embodying love by doing the unexpected, the intimidating, the seemingly impossible. Whether losing his shoes while skydiving solo or befriending a Ugandan witch doctor, Bob steps into life with a no-limits embrace of others that is as infectious as it is extraordinarily ordinary. Everybody, Always reveals how we can do the same.

In his follow up from “Love Does”, Bob Goff continues his stories with a commitment to showing extravagant love. While I would love to be his friend, I doubt I could keep up with his amazing pace! The stories of people he has shared life with are living illustrations of the title and show what we could be if only we really lived the way Jesus wants us to love. Don’t read this thinking “it’s too hard to live like that” but think of the possibility of really caring for our neighbors and following Jesus at the same time. By this all people would know that we are His followers.

A truly inspiring book makes you want to change, and then helps starts you on that journey. I provokes action, and makes you a better person. Bob’s writing style and stories are relatable. That makes them powerful. Thank you, Bob.

I loved this book. It was easy to read and really challenged me to remember that we are not called just to believe in Jesus, but to be more like him and that includes loving the unloveable in our lives. It’s a tall order, but I’m thankful for the challenge.

Bob is an amazing storyteller, not just for the story itself, but the very poignant point he makes in the story as illustrated in words. Love does is shared in a way the Beatles never were able to express in “Love is All there Is”. Well done, Bob. Well done! Jerry S, Denton TX

Wow! I can’t get over every carefully told story within this book and how Goff brought them full circle each time. I laughed and cried and smiled a thousand times. Those captivating stories are ones that will stick with me, encouraging me to remember who I am in Christ... becoming love!
